About the role
Our Sourcing Consultants are pivotal in delivering our Talent Acquisition services. From attending client briefs and mapping markets to proactively reaching out to candidates, every day brings new challenges and opportunities to engage. You'll work closely with a collaborative team and gain exposure to various industries, honing your skills and making a real impact.
What we're looking for:
Proactive sourcing experience : Most of our projects are complex, so we're looking for someone confident in reaching out and engaging candidates in competitive markets
Flexibility : As part of a small, agile team, we support each other and seek out opportunities to provide insights and add value
Drive and motivation : 'You're making it', that's our EVP, its literally written on the wall and we live and breath it. We're after someone who wants to learn, wants to bring ideas to the table, wants to be involved.
