Sonographer

Onsite Ultrasound is a well-established specialised Ultrasound practice in Hawkes Bay, that has been operating for 15 years. We are a small ultrasound business providing Hawke's Bay with high quality, private ultrasound services, operating from sites in both Hastings and Napier.
We have an exciting opportunity for a qualified sonographer to join our team. Ideally, the candidate will be experienced in all areas of ultrasound; however, we can provide training if required. Or we would consider assisting a student sonographer to finish off their training. The services we cover include general, obstetrics, small parts, musculoskeletal, and some vascular work.
Our new sonographer must be enthusiastic and a motivated team player wanting to provide high quality, friendly, patient-focused imaging. You must have a high attention to detail and accuracy throughout your work. Good interpersonal and communication skills are a must. Exceptional customer service is our goal.
We are flexible for the right candidate with the remuneration, days, and hours of work. Our normal hours are between Monday to Friday with no on-call or rostered weekend work.
Minimum Requirements:
Qualification of DMU or similar recognised qualification is a requirement for the position.
Current registration or eligibility for MRTB is essential.
Hawke's Bay is known as New Zealand's food and wine region. It is a sunny and beautiful region, with sandy beaches, world-class food and wineries, spectacular golf courses, extensive bike trails, and we have an abundance of fruit and produce on our doorstep. Housing prices in Hawke's Bay are also considerably cheaper than in the main cities.
