What this job can offer you As a Solutions Consultant at Remote, you will directly impact Remote's business by delivering consultative engagements with our customers in order to uncover and understand their global workforce ambitions and underlying challenges, and the quantifiable value of taking action. You will deliver actionable insights and potential solutions, helping our customers to make trusted investment decisions in Remote's solutions.
What you bring You have a strong consultative approach and can show examples of where you have brought credibility and critical thinking together with commercial acumen to understand client needs, build rapport, and provide strategic recommendations You have had demonstrable success as a solutions consultant in collaborating with sellers and winning complex opportunities. You are experienced in analysing and assess complex customer requirements effectively You have an adaptable and creative approach to finding solutions to problems You have strong technical aptitude, with the ability to quickly learn, understand, demonstrate and analyse software solutions You are an excellent storyteller, with extremely strong written and verbal presentation skills. The base salary range for this full-time position is $39,655 USD to $89,180 USD. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level and location, and our job titles may span more than one career level. The actual base pay for the successful candidate in this role is dependent upon many factors such as location, transferable or job-related skills, work experience, relevant training, business needs, and market demands. The base salary range may be subject to change.
