Dynamics 365 Solutions Architect/Technical Lead fixed-term contract based in Welly, paying circa $155,000.Your new companyWe are excited to partner with a leading organisation dedicated to enhancing workplace health and safety standards across New Zealand.Your new roleAs a Solutions Architect/Technical Lead specialising in Dynamics 365, you will be the Subject-Matter Expert (SME) responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing complex solutions using Dynamics 365 and the Microsoft technology stack. You will play a pivotal role in guiding our technical teams and ensuring the successful delivery of projects.Duties Include:Solution Design : Architect and design scalable, high-performance solutions using Dynamics 365 and related Microsoft technologies.Technical Leadership: Lead and mentor technical teams, providing guidance and expertise in Dynamics 365 and the broader Microsoft stack.Implementation: Oversee the implementation of Dynamics 365 solutions, ensuring alignment with business requirements and best practices.Integration: Design and implement integration with other systems and applications, leveraging Azure services where appropriate.Subject Matter Expertise: Serve as the go-to expert for Dynamics 365, staying current with the latest features, updates, and industry trends.Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with business stakeholders, project managers, and other teams to ensure successful project delivery.Quality Assurance: Ensure the quality and performance of solutions through rigorous testing and validation.Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for solutions and processes.What you'll need to succeedProficiency in Dynamics 365 (Customer Engagement, Finance and Operations, etc.).Strong knowledge of the Microsoft technology stack, including Azure, Power Platform, and Office 365.Experience with integration technologies and APIs.Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools.Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.Leadership and mentoring abilities.What you need to do nowIf you're interested in this role, click 'apply now' to forward an up-to-date copy of your CV, or you can email me directly on ******** if you have any questions.If this job isn't quite right for you, but you are looking for a new position, please contact us for a confidential discussion about your career.
