About role : As a Solutions Architect, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring exceptional customer service and delivering high-quality industry solutions. You will be responsible for managing pre-sale and post-sale technical support activities, assessing customer needs, and providing expertise in the development and installation of customized applications/solutions. Additionally, you will collaborate with various teams including design engineering, marketing, and product management to drive product enhancements and innovation.
Key Responsibilities: Manage pre-sale and post-sale technical support activities.Solution Design and QuotingAssess how company products meet customer needs and provide recommendations.Prepare product specifications for the development and installation of customized solutions.Establish and maintain communication lines with design engineering to address product reliability concerns.Collaborate with marketing and product managers to define new products and provide field insights.Select, develop, and evaluate personnel to ensure efficient function operation.What You'll Bring In-depth knowledge of the IT industry and channels related to software products.Extensive expertise in software solutionsProven track record of providing solutions to complex technical and business matters.Relevant professional-level industry certifications.A seasoned professional with the ability to work independently with limited supervision.Strong coaching and reviewing skills to guide junior professionals.Ability to influence others regarding policies, practices, and procedures.Confident delivery of technical training and enablement to partners.What's On Offer Your growth is our priority.
