We are looking for a skilled Solution Architect to join our team and help us design and implement effective solutions to support Kiwibank's strategic initiatives.

You will be responsible for providing solution architecture deliverables and guidance, developing solutions to key business initiatives principally for our staff-facing banking systems and associated technology domains, integration stack, and providing input into strategic and tactical technology investments.
Key Responsibilities: Design and oversee the implementation of staff-facing banking systems and applications, ensuring that they meet the needs of the business and are aligned with Kiwibank's strategic goals.Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into IT solutions.Provide technical guidance and leadership to project teams, ensuring that they are delivering high-quality solutions that meet Kiwibank's standards.Ensure that Kiwibank's IT architecture is robust, scalable and secure, and that it meets industry best practices and compliance requirements.This is us.
Where your expertise matters. Key skills and experience you'll bring to the role: Proven experience in leading the design and implementation of complex IT systems and applications.In-depth understanding of data and integration technologies, approaches, and techniques.Broad knowledge of end-to-end banking systems and processes.Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and develop innovative solutions.Pragmatic, reliable, and able to work under pressure and meet tight timelines.Experience in Agile and DevOps methodologies preferred.This is us.
