To achieve this goal, they are looking for a dynamic Solution Architect to play a pivotal role in significant lending stack transformation projects.
As a Solution Architect, you will be responsible for the detailed design processes and the implementation of modern lending solutions. You will manage the lending portfolio and actively participate in the transformation program aimed at revolutionizing lending practices.
Your key responsibilities will include leading the design and architecture of sophisticated lending solutions using a mix of technologies, collaborating with various stakeholders across the organization, ensuring the integrity and security of data within the lending and financial systems, and staying abreast of industry trends.
To be considered for this role, you should have proven experience in solution architecture within a digital or transformation team, particularly in lending and financial services. You should have a strong understanding of a variety of technology stacks, with an emphasis on event-driven architecture, microservices, application architecture, and integration.

Responsibilities: Lead the design and architecture of sophisticated lending solutions using a mix of technologies including nCino, Salesforce, and Vargo Credit Design, complemented by Kubernetes and Kafka.Collaborate with different stakeholders across the organization, including engineers, program leads, and business analysts, to ensure solutions align with business needs and strategic goals.Ensure the integrity and security of data within the lending and financial systems.Act as a thought leader, staying abreast of industry trends and contributing to the continuous improvement of our technology landscape.Required Skills and Experience: Software Enginerering background highly desirable! Proven experience in solution architecture within a digital or transformation team, particularly in lending and financial services.Software Enginerering background highly desirable! Strong understanding of a variety of technology stacks, with an emphasis on event-driven architecture, microservices, application architecture, and integration.A good understanding and experience with Salesforce and nCino systems is beneficial but not a must to have!
