About the Role The Solution Advisor - Infrastructure Products role primarily involves supporting new and ongoing presales initiatives aligned to Datacom's Infrastructure Products portfolio that includes our Cloud, Cybersecurity, Networks and Data Centre capability.
What You'll Do: Act as the central point of contact for assigned deal structuring and pricing, balancing competitive market requirements with profitability objectives aligned to stakeholder objectives.Support the deal review processes with sales and leadership teams, providing insights into win probability, solution design, and financial viability.Collaborating with account teams to tailor solutions for specific client needs, leveraging internal and partner capabilities.Lead the assessment of risk and value in complex deals, negotiating terms that align with organisational objectives.Work in cross-functional Datacom teams to support sales activity and joint propositions, while serving as a trusted advisor for sales teams by providing market insights and expertise in Infrastructure Products to guide deal pursuitWhat You'll Bring: At least 5 years working experience in technology with a deeper understanding across Cyber, Networks, Data Centres or Cloud technologies.Proven pre-sales experience preferably aligned to Infrastructure Products capabilities, including structuring of deals and responding to formal sales opportunities.The ability to interpret customer business problems and shape requirements into a technology solution.Expertise in collaborating with sales, delivery, and technical teams to develop client-centric solutions.Strong communication skills, both verbal and written with the ability to build rapport with different key stakeholders, both external and internal.Why Join Us Here at Datacom?
