A tertiary qualification in engineering, environmental management, science, or relevant experience.
5+ years of relevant work experience.
Technical knowledge of residual waste disposal, recycling processes, and waste minimisation practices.
An understanding of environmental issues associated with solid waste, waste minimisation principles, and waste management concepts.
Experience in financial monitoring and reporting, with the ability to understand and work within budgets.
The ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Well-organised and consistent in setting, prioritising, and meeting deadlines.
