The full-service firm has specialist teams dedicated to variety of practice areas and are respected for their expertise and the quality of service they provide.The Role:As a member of the wider litigation team, you will be managing your own employment and relationship property files, with the support and oversight of a supervisor.
You will have the autonomy to handle cases while being part of a collaborative and high-performing team.
This role is primarily focused on the protection and prevention aspects of employment law.
You will provide advice to clients on employment agreements, ensuring compliance with employer legal obligations, and support them through restructures, redundancies, disciplinary actions, and terminations.
