Solicitor - Property

Join one of Auckland's longest-established law firms with offices both in the heart of the CBD and Takapuna.
There is a junior role within the Property team.
This role affords the successful candidate great mentorship, career growth, and the ability to work on a diverse range of property matters.
You will be part of a tight-knit team, working directly with clients.
Key responsibilities: Private client property and residential conveyancing; Facilitate commercial real estate transactions, encompassing sales, purchases, leases, and financing agreements; Conduct due diligence investigations to identify potential legal issues or risks associated with commercial properties; Draft and negotiate contracts, including sale and purchase agreements, lease agreements, and financing agreements.
To be successful in the role you should have: 3+ PQE in Property law; however, all candidates will be assessed on merit; Excellent research, writing, and communication skills; Detail-oriented with a high level of analytical and problem-solving abilities; Enthusiastic, team-oriented, and a strong work ethic.
