In this role, you will receive high-quality training and mentorship from partners and senior associates who are invested in your success. By joining the team, you'll work directly with clients on the full range of employment law matters including:Advising on restructurings, performance management, disciplinary processes, investigations and dismissalsDrafting employment agreements and policiesAdvising on the employment aspects of M&A transactionsAssisting with contentious matters, including personal grievancesOpportunities for advocacy at mediations and in the Employment Relations Authority/Employment CourtAdvising on privacy and human rights in the employment contextAdvising on health and safety compliance and enforcementYou'll be working with Sherridan Cook (Partner), and Helen Pryde (Special Counsel) who have established exceptional reputations as being experts on employment law. They regularly run seminars on employment matters and often feature in the news as subject matter experts on topical employment issues that relate to the public's domain of interest.
