This is an exciting opportunity to join one of New Zealand's leading law firms, and we are currently recruiting a 3 - 8 Year PQE Solicitor to join their Dunedin based Commercial team.You will have experience in:Advising on Complex ContractsCompany LawJoint VenturesShareholder AgreementsTerms of TradeFinance FilesThis role is varied, and you will be dealing with clients on a national and international scale. You will be liaising directly with some of New Zealand's largest corporations on matters both small and large. Alongside your day-to-day workload, there will also be the opportunity to undertake and manage larger projects.
