About the role This is a role that offers true variety, working across the core areas of insolvency & restructuring, shareholder disputes, commercial contract disputes, and civil litigation. You'll handle cases that require creativity, strategic thinking, and a proactive approach, while being supported by experienced team members and leaders.

You may have exposure to specifically commercial litigation or included in more of a broad role. You will be dedicated to excellence, able to communicate at the highest standard, and driven by a genuine desire to get the best results for your clients, whatever it takes.
Ideally, you will already have some exposure appearing in court and have proven experience resolving disputes for your clients.
