To succeed at AWS you will: Be a qualified NZ lawyer with a practicing certificate, & proven experience. Be client and service focused, able to develop strong rapport, build and manage relationships. Have outstanding communication: can listen, simplify complex information, and not be afraid to have difficult conversations. Demonstrate excellent time management, organisation, ambition, decision making and problem-solving skills. Be proactive and pragmatic in approach to your work, with the ability to achieve positive outcomes, respond to constructive feedback, all while exuding great energy and attitude.
