This is an exciting opportunity for a Software Product Manager to join and lead our dynamic software team on the North Shore in Auckland.About The RoleDaifuku Oceania continues to experience rapid growth, with sustained demand for our software solutions in Airports, Warehouse and Courier logistics projects.The current opportunity is to join and lead the team developing our software for aviation-focused self-service solutions.
You'll work with both the dev and sales teams to define and deliver the roadmap, to ensure customer success.Leading and inspiring the self-service technology software development teamDefining the roadmap and managing the product R&D budgetKeeping up to date with market and competitive dynamicsBeing the Product Evangelist – producing and delivering all product marketing material including manuals, demos, and videos to support our sales teams and customer presentations.About YouBringing experience as a Software Product Owner or Manager with direct management of a software team, ideally in industrial application, you'll be valued for your:Experience managing a small team of software developersExcellent knowledge of Agile SCRUM software development methodologyPast experience as a software developer or enough technical skills to understand what it takes to develop code in C++, C#, and JavaScriptEffective leadership, to guide and support the technical knowledge to understand the challenges, opportunities, and design choices of the team.Customer-centric and commercial approach, to optimise opportunities and drive successAbout Daifuku OceaniaDaifuku Oceania is a subsidiary of Daifuku Japan, a global business with over 13,000 individuals worldwide, delivering material handling automation, self-service technology, and intralogistics solutions to our partners worldwide.Daifuku Oceania has offices in New Zealand, Australia, and Malaysia, employing 500+ dedicated team members to provide our clients end-to-end solutions and customer care globally.Our Company ValuesOur Core Values are essential to our business.
