Qualifications for Software Engineering Manager: Candidate must have a bachelor's degree in computer science or software engineering. Must have senior-level coding expertise with Core and .NET framework. Experience in agile methodologies and Kanban. Proficiency in continuous integration and continuous deployment technologies, including Git and Azure DevOps. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with team members and stakeholders.
