Job Title: Software Project Manager
Are you a Project Manager with experience in delivering CRMs or ERPs , particularly with Salesforce ? Do you enjoy working with technical teams to deliver exceptional software projects? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you!
We are a growing company looking for a Software Project Manager to oversee a large transformation project focused on implementing and delivering applications within a major CRM / Salesforce initiative that will make a significant difference to our business.
Do you have:
Experience delivering great software?
Enterprise software project experience within CRMs or ERPs ?
Strong collaborative skills working with development/delivery teams and 3rd party vendors?
What you'll bring:
BA, BCom, BSc or a similar degree (or equivalent experience).
8+ years of Software Project Management experience within application development, specifically in delivering CRM and/or ERP projects.
PMP or Agile certification (experience is of greater interest).
A good understanding of Agile methodologies, JIRA , and the full SDLC .
A knack for understanding requirements and defining/re-defining project scope, resources, and timeframes.
Experience overseeing testing, implementation, training support, and project performance reporting.
Capability to work effectively with development delivery teams.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
A passion for working with diverse teams including delivery, build, support, stakeholders, and 3rd party vendors.
A drive for achieving win/win outcomes for all parties involved and the business.
