This role is perfect for an individual who possesses a profound understanding of the financial crime space, understands NZ regulations, has experience in the Pega platform, and has a track record of leadership within the financial crime domain. You will play a critical role in progressing low-level designs, leading and implementing capabilities required, guiding cross-project initiatives, and collaborating with business stakeholders and internal team members.Key Responsibilities:Detailed Design AccountabilityLead progress in low-level design, ensuring designs meet high standards of scalability, compliance, reliability, and robustness.Provide guidance and thought leadership across platforms, facilitating effective and innovative design solutions.Oversee design aspects to ensure a cohesive integration of new technologies and methodologies within existing systems.Technical Expertise in PegaDemonstrate deep technical knowledge in Pega platform, Financial Services Foundation, Alerts & Investigation Management systems, frameworks like CLM, KYC.Working experience in SaaS offerings (Pega Cloud).Develop capabilities and functions within Pega Platform using capabilities from Alerts and investigation management accelerator and experience in providing the required consulting to business and internal stakeholders.Working experience as Lead systems architect is preferred.Experience and expertise in Enterprise class structures, situation layer cake, data model, integrations.Ensure best practices when building scalable, maintainable, secure, and robust solutions.Engage collaboratively with various stakeholders within ASB ensuring we build compliance by design and secure solutions.Mentor team members, fostering a learning environment that encourages knowledge sharing and professional growth.Cultivate a positive platform culture, aimed at innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.About you:We'll value your proven initiative, problem-solving abilities, and ways in which you have shown leadership while performing your role.We are looking for an individual passionate about technology with hands-on experience in building solutions using Pega.
