A growing company is looking for a Software Applications Support Manager to help support software applications within a large CRM / Salesforce project.
Do you enjoy supporting great software? Do you have enterprise software project experience within CRMs or ERPs, such as Salesforce or similar?
We seek someone with a great approach to leading the Test, Change & Release cycles, who is hands-on in solving problems, working with internal customers, and building relationships with development/delivery teams and 3rd party vendors. If you enjoy leading a small team and achieving awesome outcomes, we want to hear from you!
What you'll bring: BA, BCom, BSc, or similar degree
6+ years of Software Applications Support Management experience with troubleshooting applications on CRM and/or ERP projects
Essential experience in leading Test, Change & Release cycles
Good understanding of Agile, JIRA, and the full SDLC
Experience in testing & training users on new applications
Able to help transition from the project to BAU
Strong analytical & problem-solving skills
Enjoy working with diverse teams - delivery, build, support, stakeholders & 3rd party vendors
Strong customer focus and root cause analysis
Passion for achieving win/win outcomes for everyone and the business
