About our team: Health NZ, Nelson Marlborough has approximately 3000 employees, providing health services in the Nelson, Tasman, and Marlborough regions, serving almost 150,000 people.

The teams support individuals and families of all ages from infants to older people, and work in close association with partner services to deliver a comprehensive clinical service to those affected by mental illness and addictions.
About this position: In this role, you will have the ability to work in a range of settings including community-based care, inpatient services, or addiction teams supporting individuals on their journey to improved mental well-being.
As a new graduate, you will be supported with comprehensive orientation and ongoing professional development. You will work alongside experienced clinicians and have access to mentorship programs, helping you grow your skills in mental health practice.
You will be supported to study towards the Postgraduate Certificate in Health Science (Mental Health and Addictions) via AUT, fully funded via Te Pou.
Who is an appropriate applicant?
