The ideal candidate will: Partner with schools and families, making a real difference in the lives of childrenPossess a strengths-based, solution-focused, child-centered, and culturally responsive approachBe fully committed to upholding the principles of Te Tiriti o WaitangiExhibit a genuine passion for supporting vulnerable children and their familiesBring a responsive, creative, and flexible approach to social workHold a degree in Social Work and ideally possess post-qualification experienceHave professional registration or be actively working towards itDemonstrate the ability to work both independently within schools and as a part of the SWIS teamPossess knowledge and experience in case work and group work with both children and adults.What We Offer:
