We're looking for a Social Worker to provide support to the Pathways Waitemata Mobile Service based in the North Shore, Auckland. You'll be reporting to the Team Coach and work in a community mobile team covering the Waitemata District Health Board area.
Our Registered Health Professionals support people experiencing mental illness to identify and meet their individual health and social care needs and support them to re-connect with community services and take control of their own lives.
This is a fixed-term position, ending December 2024. You will be working Monday – Friday, 8am – 4:30pm, based in Northshore, Auckland.

We are looking for a Social Worker to join and provide clinical support.
You will also: Be a Registered Health Professional with a current NZ practising certificate or working towards itExperience working in mental health and addiction settings or similarThe ability to work well with other services such as DHBs, PHOs, and the wider community and social sectorFull New Zealand driver's licenseCurrent First Aid CertificateIdeally, you will have knowledge of the Health and Social Services sectorsKnowledge of, and demonstrable commitment to the principles of the Te Tiriti o WaitangiApplications Close: Friday, 26th July 2024.
