We're looking for a Social Worker to provide support to the Pathways Waitemata Mobile Service based in the North Shore, Auckland. You'll be reporting to the Team Coach and work in a community mobile team covering the Waitemata District Health Board area.
Our Registered Health Professionals support people experiencing mental illness to identify and meet their individual health and social care needs and support them to re-connect with community services and take control of their own lives.
This is a fixed-term position, ending December 2024. You will be working Monday – Friday, 8am – 4:30pm, based in Northshore, Auckland.
