Candidate have capability to collaborate closely with families and guiding them through available resources and offering support throughout the care journey. For this position, candidate have at least 5years experience in healthcare community. This full-time position offers a competitive salary range is $75,000 to $85,000 per year.
Qualifications for Social Worker/ Counsellor: Candidate must have bachelor's degree in social work, counselling and psychology. It must have certificate as a social work/ counsellor. Experience in providing counselling or social work service through internships and previous employment. Strong verbal and written communication skills for effectively interacting with clients, colleagues. Ability to assess clients needs, identify challenges and develop effective intervention plans. Responsibilities for Social worker / Counsellor: Candidate is responsible for conducting comprehensive assessments of clients needs. Providing counselling and therapy to individual families and mental health concerns. Ability to coordinate service and resources to meet clients needs and follow-up support.
