Te Whiwhinga mahi| The opportunity As the Social Media Specialist, you will create and publish effective content across Auckland Transport's social media channels that extends reach, builds engagement and meets Auckland Transport's communications objectives, and manage AT's social media channels
You'll use your experience coupled with your well-honed reputation and risk radar to ensure relevance of content, and the reach and engagement it achieves.
Key responsibilities will include:
Creating engaging social media content aligned with the organisation's objectives and content strategyWorking across the organisation and with our partners to develop social media plans and executing them to reach desired outcomesProactively posting information on unplanned incidents and events as a when required.Providing risk and community management advice to business partners and acting as a subject matter expert advisor to colleagues across the organisation.Supporting Customer Services to respond to customer requests received via social media.Monitoring performance of social media content.Na tau rourou | What will you bring?
