You'll develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies, transforming visually appealing content into engaging posts that capture the essence of our client's innovative work. This role offers a unique blend of creativity and strategy, allowing you to work with cutting-edge technology and interactive experiences while growing the studio's online presence and attracting new clients.ResponsibilitiesCraft and execute a robust social media strategy across multiple platformsManage posting schedules and engage with the online communityAnalyze metrics to optimize content and posting timesCollaborate with the team to gather project information and assetsCreate and edit social media-specific images and short videosDeliver regular performance reports and growth insightsRequirementsProven track record as a Social Media Specialist, ideally in tech or creative fieldsStrong grasp of major social media platforms and their best practicesExcellent communication skills, both written and verbalProficiency in image and video editing softwareSelf-motivated with strong time management skillsExperience with social media analytics toolsCreative mindset with an eye for visually striking contentAbility to adapt to existing project management tools (e.g., Trello)Comfortable working remotely and collaborating with a New Zealand-based team
