Want to create epic content for our Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook on Red Bull's local accounts?
You are a creative allrounder: you'll be an expert in producing content that is both creative and optimized for each social media channel.
Join our Media Network Team in Auckland, New Zealand, and ideate, develop, and execute content for Red Bull New Zealand's social media platforms, with focus on TikTok, Instagram and Facebook.
RESPONSIBILITIES Areas that play to your strengths All the responsibilities we'll trust you with: In this role, you'll manage social media posts from concept to upload across Instagram, TikTok and Facebook.
You'll craft compelling content and work with external and internal stakeholders for production.
You'll ideate content with athletes, creators, or around Red Bull events that is creative, fun, and energizing for viewers.
You'll collaborate with athletes' teams, networks, and Red Bull country teams to identify the best opportunities to create content for global channels.
Additionally, you'll write the appropriate scripts for the content, including alternative hooks and key moments from the videos.
After ideating, you'll be responsible for producing this content, ensuring they have scheduled dates and are aligned with all necessary stakeholders.
You'll brief athletes, find the best location, time, and date for the shoot, and ensure all necessary equipment, materials, and team members are in place to make it happen.
In this role, you'll have the opportunity to collaborate with creators and videographers to capture content, but you'll also handle much of the content creation yourself for smaller productions, being onsite for events and our own shoots as needed.
EXPERIENCE Your areas of knowledge and expertise that matter most for this role: 3+ years of experience in producing social media content, eager to explore and experiment with new ideas and approaches Understanding of the world of social media, current trends and content creation Bachelor's degree in communications, digital media, marketing or related field and/or relevant work experience in the field (e.g.
content marketing, content creation, social media, digital media) Strong skills in visual storytelling, copywriting and editing Proficient in social media storytelling, with an understanding of platform-specific differences You have a sense of branding and know how to keep a consistent tone of voice Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite, video editing, and video effects, with expertise in TikTok and Instagram native editors - not a must, but nice to have.
If you have CapCut Skills to make more magic work produced on your iPhone, this is a plus.
Motivated team player with hands-on mentality and willingness to explore a wide variety of content related fields.
Good organisational skills coupled with creativity, adaptability and proactivity Travel 50-60%
