Property Near Me Ltd is seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media & Marketing Executive to join our growing team. Based at Northlight House, Brierfield, this role is ideal for a marketing professional with a passion for property and a keen interest in digital media. You'll be responsible for developing and executing our social media and marketing strategies to drive engagement, brand awareness, and lead generation within the property investment sector. Key Responsibilities: Manage and grow the company's social media presence across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter. Create, schedule, and optimize engaging content including posts, graphics, and videos to drive traffic and audience interaction. Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote property investment opportunities and increase brand visibility. Monitor social media trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to enhance online engagement strategies. Use analytics tools to track performance metrics, optimize content, and report on the effectiveness of campaigns. Collaborate with the sales team to support lead generation through social media and email marketing campaigns. Assist with the creation of marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, and email newsletters. Manage paid social media advertising campaigns to maximize ROI. Requirements: Proven experience in social media management and digital marketing, ideally within the property or investment sectors. Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices. Ability to create compelling, on-brand content, including visuals and copywriting. Experience with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, or similar. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet deadlines and performance targets. Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail and design.
