### **Key Responsibilities:** - **Content Creation:** Develop, curate, and manage engaging content across various social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
- **Strategy Development:** Assist in the creation and execution of social media marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, attract new customers, and enhance community engagement.
- **Community Management:** Monitor social media channels for comments and messages, engaging with our online community in a timely and thoughtful manner to foster relationships and community spirit.
- **Analytics and Reporting:** Track and analyze social media metrics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns.
Create reports on social media performance, incorporating insights and recommendations for improvement.
- **Trend Monitoring:** Stay updated on the latest social media trends and algorithms to ensure that content and strategies align with current best practices and audience preferences.
- **Collaboration:** Work closely with the marketing team to align social media efforts with larger marketing campaigns and company goals.
Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas for content and outreach.
- **Paid Advertising:** Support the development and implementation of paid social media advertising campaigns, monitoring performance and adjusting strategies as necessary to accomplish campaign goals.

### **Requirements:** - **Education:** A degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory; relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
- **Experience:** Minimum of 1 year of experience managing social media accounts for a brand or organization, with a proven understanding of various social media platforms.
- **Technical Skills:** Proficiency in social media management and analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Google Analytics) is highly desirable.
