**Job Overview:**
We are seeking a motivated and creative Social Media Manager to join our team on a part-time basis. In this entry-level role, you will be responsible for managing our social media presence, developing engaging content, and driving audience engagement across various platforms. **Key Responsibilities:**

- **Content Creation:** Generate original, engaging content for all social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.), in alignment with our brand voice and messaging strategy.

- **Content Scheduling:** Plan and schedule posts in advance using social media management tools. Monitor platforms for effective posting times and audience engagement.

- **Engagement Management:** Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner. Foster community engagement through ongoing conversations and proactive outreach.

- **Analytics Monitoring:** Track, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics to understand audience behavior, assess content effectiveness, and develop strategies for improvement.

- **Social Media Strategy Development:** Collaborate with the marketing team to implement social media strategies that align with our overall marketing goals and enhance brand visibility.

- **Trend Research:** Stay up-to-date with social media trends, tools, and best practices to ensure our content is innovative and competitive.

- **Collaboration:** Work closely with team members and other departments to ensure cohesion in messaging and brand representation across all channels and platforms.

- **Campaign Support:** Assist in the execution of marketing campaigns, including giveaways, contests, and promotions, to drive engagement and follower growth.

**Requirements:**

- **Experience:** Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in social media management, content creation, or digital marketing.

- **Education:** A background in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred, but not required.

- **Technical Skills:** Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) and basic graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Spark) is advantageous.

- **Personality Traits:**
