Job Description: Icebreaker is seeking a talented and experienced Social Media Manager to join our team.
This is a full-time, work-from-home position based in Auckland, New Zealand.
As an Associate Level Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for managing all social media channels for Icebreaker, a leading outdoor apparel company.
Responsibilities: - Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and drive engagement - Create and curate engaging content for all social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn - Monitor social media trends and analytics to optimize content performance - Engage with followers and respond to comments and messages in a timely manner - Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall marketing goals - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in social media marketing - Manage social media advertising campaigns to drive traffic and conversions - Track and report on key social media metrics to measure the success of campaigns Requirements: - 2+ years of experience in social media management - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Resilient and dedicated personality traits - Teamwork and persuasion soft skills - Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms - Knowledge of SEO and content marketing best practices - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field Benefits: - Relocation allowance for eligible candidates - Vision insurance coverage - Travel and spending expenses covered - Opportunities for professional development and growth within the company Working Environment: At Icebreaker, we strive to inject a sense of joy and vibrancy into our work environment.
