About the Role: This newly created role has been created to ensure a strategic social media and audience led content plan is implemented throughout this complex organisation – this is an exciting time to join to really make your mark.
Reporting into the experienced Associate Director Marketing, leading a Senior advisor as a direct report. This role also collaborates with the wider marketing team and a diverse group of internal stakeholders (such as the SLT, Heads of Departments) as well as managing key relationships media, digital and creative agencies.
You will be responsible for leading the social media strategy and content roadmaps across TikTok, Meta, Insta, LinkedIn. Ensuring all related content is implemented on brand in terms of messaging, tone of voice, relevant and engaging to a diverse audience, all while enhancing the brand reputation.
This is a dynamic and creative role that requires strategic thinking, exceptional communication skills, and a deep understanding of audiences, social media trends and platforms.
You will work closely with the marketing team and a diverse group of internal stakeholders to develop and implement effective strategies, engaging content, and measurable tactics to drive brand awareness, engagement, and ultimately, business growth.
Strong relationship management skills and EQ are required to succeed in this role.

About You: You will have come from a "Social Media Manager" role in a large complex services organisation. You will have proven best practice data led, strategic social media/content planning and implementation experience against key performance metrics.
You will be hugely data driven with proven examples of strategies and plans you have led and optimised. You will have social media experience across the marketing areas of brand, acquisition, retention and engagement with a diverse group of audiences.
This is a leadership role so you will have led direct report(s) previously.
You will be a natural storyteller and a strong communicator with the ability to collaborate and build strong working relationships with a variety of internal/external stakeholders.
Plus, strong leadership and enquiring stakeholder management skills where you can read a room to uncover and to tell great stories.
You will be up to date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools, content trends and applications.
You will naturally also have a deep knowledge of social media platforms, algorithms, best practices, and trends.
Self-motivated, keen to get stuck in and enjoy a varied role where you can really make your mark.
