They are committed to dramatically improving health and happiness, helping people to become the very best they can be and taking fitness to the next level!Your new roleThe role of Social Media Manager is to lead the development and execution of the social media strategy to drive reach and brand distinction in the New Zealand marketplace.
Key tasks:Use social listening and analytics to develop a world-class social media and content strategy brought to life across key social channels to drive cultural relevance and brand preferenceDesign, develop, execute, and report on editorial calendarsShoot, produce and edit content to bring to life an always on stream of content for the feedLeverage cultural and trending moments to produce content that drives brand relevanceUse social listening, analytics mixed with creative flair to design content that drives engagementAnalyse and report social media activities monthlyResearch, develop and expand the brand presence on emerging channels such as TikTokProvide copywriting, editing support across key channels, website content and undertake other key projects as requiredManage and collaborate with content creators and Influencers to create credible user-generated content and drive brand amplification across key audience segmentsWork with instructors and club teams to plan and create exciting and engaging branded content for social mediaCollaborate with colleagues across the marketing team to ensure consistent brand execution across treatments and channelsLead brainstorms with key cross-functional players to maximise reach across channelsRobust project management skills, including the ability to multitask effectivelyDemonstrated success in developing collaborative relationships to drive tangible resultsExperience feeding into or creating creative briefs for social campaignsWhat you'll need to succeedYou are driven, organised and level-headed with a Bachelors degree and at least 6–8 years of relevant social media experienceExperience working for a high-profile consumer brandProven track record of finding innovative ways of storytelling via social media campaigns and driving engagement via Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and TikTokExperience managing content creators and InfluencersEditing experience in Premiere Pro and epic photography skillsYou are known for your writing talentYou are cool with ambiguity and can adapt when things changeYou enjoy working at paceYou build relationships quickly and have a knack for uncovering great storiesWhat you need to do nowIf you're interested in this role, click 'apply now' to forward an up-to-date copy of your CV, or call us now.If this job isn't quite right for you, but you are looking for a new position, please contact us for a confidential discussion on your career.#2876196 #J-18808-Ljbffr
