Job Description: Paccar is seeking a talented and dynamic Social Media Manager to join our team in Wellington, Wellington, NZ.
As a part-time entry-level position, the Social Media Manager will be responsible for creating and managing content for our social media channels, engaging with our online community, and developing and implementing social media strategies to drive brand awareness and engagement.
Responsibilities: Develop and execute social media campaigns to increase brand visibility and drive engagement Create and schedule social media posts across various platforms Monitor and analyze social media metrics to track the success of campaigns Engage with followers and respond to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner Collaborate with the marketing team to create cohesive and integrated marketing strategies Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices Assist with content creation, including writing copy and creating visuals Monitor competitor activity and industry trends to identify opportunities for growth Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure consistency in messaging and branding Implement paid social media advertising campaigns as needed Requirements: 1 year of experience in social media management or a related field Hardworking and passionate about social media and digital marketing Strong planning and organizational skills Ability to adapt to changes in a fast-paced environment Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask Knowledge of social media analytics tools and experience in analyzing data Familiarity with social media platforms and trends Experience with content creation and graphic design is a plus Benefits: Travel & spending expenses Parental leave Free food Working Environment: At Paccar, we prioritize quality in all aspects of work, products, and services.
