Reporting to the Head of Sales and Marketing, you'll be part of a small high performing team whose aim is to deliver outstanding results to the business.This role requires a passionate social media pro that is able to use analytics mixed with creative flair to design content to increase engagement. You'll be driven to organically expand our brand presence to new platforms and have solid experience in collaborating with content creators & influencers to create credible user-generated content. There will be many exciting opportunities to work creatively with our Instructors and club teams to create engaging branded content across all platforms.We expect that our ideal candidate will need to have:A Bachelor's degree and at least 6-8 years of relevant social media experienceExperience in working for a high-profile consumer brandExperience in managing content creators and influencersAble to find innovative ways of storytelling via social media campaigns and drive engagement via Instagram, YouTube, and TikTokIncredible shooting and editing skillsAble to build relationships quickly and have a knack for uncovering great storiesIn order to be the full package you are cool with a bit of ambiguity, find it easy to adapt to change and enjoy working at pace.Our team is passionate and relentless in the pursuit of health and wellness.
