Marketing Communications (Marketing & Communications)
As a Social Media Content Creator for Duco Events, you'll be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies across various platforms and brands - including but not limited to T20 Black Clash, SYNTHONY, and Duco Events. Your role will involve creating engaging and visually appealing content, managing content calendars, collaborating with internal teams to align messaging and branding, and analyzing and reporting on campaign performance. You'll need to be a creative thinker with excellent writing skills, a strong understanding of social media trends, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Skills/Responsibilities
Campaign management: create, manage, and deliver the social media content calendars for a number of different brands.
Content Creation: Developing engaging content for social media platforms - Twitter, TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
Copywriting: Writing compelling and concise copy that aligns with brand voice.
Graphic Design: Creating visually appealing graphics and images for social media.
Video Editing: Editing and producing video content for social media.
Social Media Strategy: Developing and executing social media strategies that align with business goals. Work with all internal and external stakeholders required to populate the social media calendars.
Analytics: Analyzing social media performance and using data to inform strategy.
Community Management: Monitoring and engaging with social media communities.
Influencer Marketing: Building relationships with influencers and executing influencer campaigns.
Photography: Capturing high-quality images for social media.
Ad Campaigns: Developing and executing paid social media ad campaigns.
Requirements
Min 2 years of social media (or similar) experience
Ability to create visually engaging content
Technical video editing skills
Knowledge of social media trends & best practices
Experience with scheduling & analytics tools
Understanding of target audience & brand voice
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
Comfortable with tight deadlines & multitasking
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite
Experience with paid social media advertising
