This role will support our global brand marketing initiatives, new product launches, and retailer engagement. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in social media management, with a strong focus on analytics, influencer relations, and trend analysis.WHAT YOU'LL DOStrategy Development: Create and implement social media strategies that align with overall global marketing goals, ensuring effective support for brand initiatives and product launches.Campaign Management: Develop and oversee social media campaigns, ensuring they are engaging, on-brand, and optimized for performance across all relevant platforms. Communicate wins and learning cross-functionally.Creator Studio Management: Drive the development and management of our Creator Studio program, collaborating with dynamic creators to produce authentic and engaging videos that showcase our products in appealing ways to consumers.Performance Monitoring: Analyze and report on the performance of assigned social media channels using key performance indicators (KPIs). Provide insights on current trends and recommendations to inform future strategies.Competitive Research: Conduct research on competitors and industry trends, sharing findings with the global marketing team to identify potential opportunities for growth and innovation.Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including brand marketing, product development, and analytics, to align social media efforts with broader marketing objectives.WHAT YOU'LL BRINGProven experience as a Social Media Executive/Manager or similar role, with a strong understanding of all major social platforms (Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn; bonus for X and Pinterest).Proficiency in analytics tools and platforms, with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.Experience in budgeting and reporting related to social media initiatives.Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Ideal to have prior experience working in marketing or social media.Ideally you studied marketing or equivalent, and passionate about learning more!You are a self-starter who is excited to always bring ideas to the table.You are excited about the toy industry, trends, and everything social media.You will be excited to contribute to our office culture!
