We have an exciting opportunity to support sales and marketing functions at our National Support Office in Parnell, Auckland. You'll be able to showcase your Social Media & Design skills by producing brand assets. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in shaping and executing our social media strategy across platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and Tiktok. The focus will be on highlighting the successful and positive stories of our people and brands, showcasing our company culture, and driving engagement through thoughtful and impactful content. Additionally, the coordinator will assist in graphic design tasks, comms design, and support the building and redesigning of our websites using platforms such as Squarespace or Wix.
This is a Permanent Part-Time position for 20 hours per week.
Responsibilities:Content Creation & Posting: Develop, curate, and schedule content for Compass Group NZ's LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and Tiktok accounts.Employee Engagement: Connect with various Compass Group NZ sites to gather content of our 4000 employees, gather stories, and create content that reflects their positive experiences and contributions and link these stories to our company's purpose.Graphic Design Support: Assist with graphic design work, including bid designs and other visual content as and when required, adheres to brand guidelines, and maintains a high standard of quality.Community Management: Monitor and respond to comments, and messages across social media platforms and create content threads to weave in positive communications highlighting Compass and its brands' benefits.Trend Analysis: Stay updated on the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices by monitoring clients' & competitors' posts, and propose and implement new strategies to keep our social media presence fresh and innovative.Qualifications:Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Strong storytelling and content creation skills, with a keen eye for visual aesthetics.Graphic design skills with proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).Proficient in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) analytics platforms and experience managing social media accounts for a brand or organisation.Experience with website development using platforms like Squarespace or Wix.Ability to travel to various sites across New Zealand to engage with employees.Mo matou / About us: We are New Zealand's leading and largest provider of food and support services across multiple industries.These industry sectors are managed by our sub-brands Eurest, Chartwells, Restaurant Associates, Medirest, and ESS.We specialise in turning ordinary acts of service into extraordinary experiential moments for our clients.
