Agency Account Management (Advertising, Arts & Media)Full timeJoin our dedicated Social team within our fully integrated agency at FCB Aotearoa. This role is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned expert or someone ready to step up, knowledgeable on all social platforms, and passionate about educating and upskilling Clients and Agency colleagues on next-level social.You have a minimum of 5 years working in the social space in large agencies. You are a champion of creative and social harmony with an innate understanding of how to drive and push this through. You thrive on the fast-paced energy that ever-changing social trends demand. You have the natural ability to inspire your peers with case studies, new formats, and platforms.To be successful in this role, you will be:Proactive, intuitive, and fiercely passionate about your craft and the role it plays in campaign development.Adept in Capcut and Adobe Suite, particularly PremierePro and Photoshop.Experienced in developing always-on and campaign-specific social strategies for clients.Confident in presenting and advising on targeting and paid media recommendations for content as and when required, with the ability to consult on audience planning, buying implications, frequency, and objectives.Able to build relationships easily both internally with key stakeholders and externally with clients and suppliers.Inspiring and knowledgeable about all areas of social, current, past, and new platforms and trends.A team player with a hunger to continue learning and developing, and a passionate mentor for our younger team members, generous with both your time and knowledge.Enjoy an enviable benefits package, clear pathways for career progression with a commitment to ongoing development and training.
