Our Senior Business Partner has taken up an exciting secondment in another role with our organisation. That has opened up an opportunity for someone new and exciting to join our team.

Working closely with leaders, you'll ensure that our people strategies align with the needs of our ever-changing organisation. This role requires a hands-on approach to both strategic and operational HR matters, with a focus on making a direct impact in a collaborative, community-focused setting.
We are looking for someone that can adapt to our fast-paced and ever-changing environment, who can think outside the box and is eager to deliver exceptional service while finding innovative solutions to improve how we do things.
You're a seasoned HR professional with a passion for strategic business partnering and a knack for navigating the challenges and opportunities of a growing organisation. Your experience equips you to balance the needs of Council with the well-being of its people, and your adaptability allows you to thrive in a dynamic environment.
