Key Responsibilities: Lead research and analysis to support evidence-based decision-making within Te Ara Manaaki.Develop cost-to-serve and benefit realisation models, supporting financial and operational analysis.Prepare and present data insights to senior leadership, guiding strategic planning.Mentor and support programme analysts to build data capability within the team.About You: Proven experience working with large datasets and performance measurement systems.Strong analytical skills with proficiency in tools like SAS, Excel, and PowerBI.Excellent communication skills, with experience presenting to diverse audiences.NZ citizenship is an essential requirement for this role.
