Reporting to Operations Manager, your focus will be to provide team support and assist other team members in delivery of work to customer sites. With a focus on BMS/HVAC, you will be responsible for servicing customer sites, maximising customer satisfaction and minimising customer site downtime by providing exceptional technical support.Key ResponsibilitiesConfiguration, Diagnoses Fault, repairs and Programming of BMS building services (e.g. HVAC, BMS control, and Third-Party Systems).Responsible for ensuring high quality delivery of services to Honeywell's clients liaising with the technical team and sub-contractors.Service and maintenance of Honeywell and third-party equipment (as per trade expertise).Software load and Configuration of Honeywell Systems and other systems as required.Carrying out hazard and risk assessments for all tasks.Navigate and interrogate BMS interfaces.Estimates materials costs and quantities.Ensuring customer satisfaction through direct liaison with client representatives, customers, and service recipients.Key Experience & CapabilitiesA trade or an appropriate Electrical, Mechanical or Electronic qualification advantageous.Intermediate computer skills.Minimum 5 years' proven background in the servicing and maintenance of BMS technical equipment.Electrical experience: Basic knowledge of electrical diagrams and electrical switching.Knowledge of Computerised Maintenance Management systems and procedures.Commitment to customer satisfaction.Good communication - both verbal and written.Self-motivated and the ability to work independently without supervision.The ability to work under pressure.A strong commitment to safety and a safe working environment.About UsThe world is changing.
