Focus on organic social media for the business.
You are:
1 Proactive and creative.
2. Experienced in organic marketing on social media using Meta tools
3. Content creation and creating campaign themes
4. Exposure to other marketing tools such as mailchimp (as the EDM tool used)
5. Confident to build a campaign
3. Someone with an eye for detail
4. Experience on various media tools...
Most importantly have a creative flair and can be proactive because you understand the process and science of social media marketing.  You'll work across:
1. Meta
2. Tiktok
3. Youtube
The role will grow as you do and the business brand grows.  Although sales conversion is the ideal outcome, this is a huge opportunity to stretch, thrive and make this a great first step in your career in digital and social media and where results are your measure of success.  Performance metrics will be used to ensure success of campaigns. and will be:
1. Audience engagement
2. Increase in followers
3. Brand awareness
4. Website visits
5. Engagement in EDM

6. Sales conversion as an outcome of the above 5 metrics.
