Let's talk about responsibilities: As a Sleep Coach for EdenSleep, you will focus on helping people achieve outcomes with their sleep health. Reporting directly to the Team Leader, you will be a natural communicator with pride and personal interest in what you do.
You will have a strong customer service focus, with empathy, compassion, and a drive to deliver the best outcome.
Our team is small, and our industry is forever evolving, so we're not a fan of 'not my role' type of behavior. We're a team, we help each other, and our customers are at the heart of what we do.
To succeed in this role, you will have the following: Previous experience in a busy retail or customer service role. Provide caring and outstanding reception duties to our customers. Ability to maintain compassion and remain calm under pressure. A strong customer service ethic that is always looking for the best outcome for the individual. Strong and adaptable communication skills are a must. An active listener with the ability to find solutions to customer concerns and issues. Excellent computer skills and the ability to operate across multiple platforms. Confidence in using Microsoft programs, including Excel.
