Auckland's Sky Tower is the tallest structure in the Southern Hemisphere, being more than 300 metres high. Offering stunning views, along with award-winning restaurants, a gift shop, and an opportunity to push your limits by walking the outside of the viewing platforms or by jumping off from 192 metres above Auckland's CBD. It is a must-visit for locals and tourists.
This role offers an opportunity to host our customers, meet and greet them in a friendly manner, as well as guided Sky Tower tours and ticketing services, lift operation, and at times general administration and retail sales stock control in our gift shop.
Key Responsibilities: Host and greet customers in a friendly manner.
Conduct guided Sky Tower tours.
Manage ticketing services and lift operations.
Assist with general administration and retail sales stock control in the gift shop.
Requirements: Passionate about making a difference.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Keen to learn about product knowledge and local offerings.
Driven by making someone's day.
Knowledge of Auckland City and Aotearoa is a bonus.
Not afraid of heights.
Flexible with availability and able to work across 7 days with shifts between 6:30am - 10:30pm.
