About the Role This is your chance to become part of a small, close-knit team working on an innovative solar farm project. You'll be responsible for key tasks such as spotting, piling, trenching, and racking to help ensure project safety and efficiency. You'll be encouraged to apply your versatility, physical fitness, and strong work ethic to each phase of the project.
Duties Spot machinery for safety and accuracy
Perform routine quality checks throughout the project
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Assist in trenching and racking duties
Carry out general labour duties as needed
Adhere to all health and safety guidelines on site
Skills & Experience Full NZ Class 1 driver's license essential
Experience in general laboring or construction work
Physically fit with a willingness to learn new skills
Ability to work well within a team environment
Good communication skills
