Requirements:
Proven experience in chipsealing and asphalt paving
Familiarity with operating paving machinery and equipment
Experience with Pneumatic Tyre Roller operations is an advantage
Strong commitment to safety and high-quality workmanship
Ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively
What you'll need to succeed:
Execute chipseal and asphalt paving projects with precision
Class 2 driver's license and/or WTR endorsement
Reliable transport to and from work
Operate various paving machinery
Adhere to safety protocols and ensure a safe work environment
