Job Description
Always lending a helping hand with a smile to help prepare our owners and guests for a day on the slopes. As a Ski Valet, your passion for the property, knowledge for of the lodge and the slopes, and your respect for our guests' belongings will ensure that our guests Feel Welcome as soon as they arrive.

What you will be doing:
Ensure the ski storage room is constantly organized and kept up to date with in-house guest information.
Responsible for guest and owner ski/snowboard equipment, assisting them with basic usage and wear.
Personalize guests' orientation of the area and the slopes in a professional, friendly and engaging way.
Maintain presence in the ski valet room as an ambassador of the property and brand, offering exceptional service to the guests.
Qualifications
Your experience and skills include:
Service focused personality is essential; customer related experience an asset.
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication skills and a professional presentation.
Ability to work cohesively with fellow colleagues as part of a team.
Ability to work weekends and powder days when required.
Physical requirements: frequent carrying and lifting of up to 50 lbs - occasionally up to 100 lbs, constant standing and walking, frequent kneeling/pushing/pulling/lifting/bending/twisting.
Mental Requirements: Able to stay focused for a 10 hour shift, be coachable, be mentally present and ready to safely assist guests.

Additional Information
Visa Requirements: Applicants must be legally eligible to work in the USA.
Starting hourly wage: $20.02/hr
