Site Traffic Management Supervisor (STMS)The Higgins Green Team in Napier is looking for a permanent full-time STMS to join the Traffic Management Crew.About the roleIn this role, you will be leading a small crew to oversee and execute temporary traffic management duties, safeguarding the public, site personnel, and traffic flow. You will enjoy a work schedule of at least 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday between 6am-6pm, with the flexibility to work additional hours/days as required.Design, adjust, and implement traffic management plansEnsure compliance with safety measures and TMPsCoordinate and delegate tasks to crew membersMaintain accurate daily records and report incidentsProvide training and guidance to staffSafely control traffic and maintain equipmentWhat you'll bring to the roleA safety-first attitude – for yourself, your team, and the publicSTMS with Cat A / Cat B practising warrantProven experience in the traffic industryExperience leading a crew is desirableAbility to work on call / night workA high level of physical fitness due to the physical nature of the roleAbout UsHiggins is a leading roading and civil infrastructure company in New Zealand.
