Site Traffic Management Supervisor (Stms)

Site Traffic Management Supervisor (STMS) The Higgins Green Team in Napier is looking for a permanent full-time STMS to join the Traffic Management Crew. About the role In this role, you will be leading a small crew to oversee and execute temporary traffic management duties, safeguarding the public, site personnel, and traffic flow. You will enjoy a work schedule of at least 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday between 6am-6pm, with the flexibility to work additional hours/days as required. Design, adjust, and implement traffic management plans Ensure compliance with safety measures and TMPs Coordinate and delegate tasks to crew members Maintain accurate daily records and report incidents Provide training and guidance to staff Safely control traffic and maintain equipment What you'll bring to the role A safety-first attitude – for yourself, your team, and the public STMS with Cat A / Cat B practising warrant Proven experience in the traffic industry Experience leading a crew is desirable Ability to work on call / night work A high level of physical fitness due to the physical nature of the role About Us Higgins is a leading roading and civil infrastructure company in New Zealand.
